Rules for laying electrical wiring in wooden houses

WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR LAYING CABLES IN WOODEN HOUSES?

o wires in the house can be laid directly against the walls and under the ceilings on the appropriate ones, prepared substrates, in floor and wall channels, and also in PVC pipes;

o direct embedding of cables into walls, floors or ceilings is prohibited;

o in rooms, wires are laid without a fibrous cover, only in double PVC insulation;

o when cables pass through walls or ceilings, PVC protective tubes should be used;

o the smallest permissible distance between electric cables and steel water supply pipelines must not be less than 100 cm;

about in places, where the distribution boxes are to be located, leave adequate recesses;

o in order to suspend heavier lamps on ceilings, it is necessary to provide appropriate reinforcement in the ceilings or vaults, all conduit pipes should be laid and firmly attached to walls and ceilings;

for finishing the installation, i.e.. installation of switches, contacts, lamp suspensions, etc., should be done after painting walls and ceilings.
