Spiral and broken stairs

If we don't want straight stairs, we can divide them into contra-rotating sections, bound by landings midway through their course.
about a spiral staircase – require more space, space and money. This form of stairs corresponds in any case to a wider space and an additional landing. Installing them is also relatively easy, but expensive;
broken stairs – are complicated to build. After the straight entry section, there is a bend at an angle of 90′, which conditions the transition curve in the link to the next straight segment. It is relatively often installed in single-family houses. The construction of such stairs presents some difficulties, because sometimes it goes beyond our abilities. The geometric arrangement of the steps on the refraction curve requires high skills and their construction should be commissioned to a specialist. In this case, we must have the smallest space width of approx 2 m. All in all, they take up a lot of space and are expensive;
about the stairs to the basement – stone or concrete.
Material, shape, judgment, location and exit will determine the value of the staircase. I want to present this issue in more detail. It is understandable, that e.g.. in properly constructed stairs to the basement, use value should prevail, not elegance. Bicycles will travel on them, equipment, linen baskets, garden tools, etc.. Their structure and form follow from the demands placed on the stairs to the basement. The basement stairs must be straight, single speed with a possible limited twist in contact with the floor, if required by limited space. Stone and concrete are the best building materials. The supporting structure of concrete may be lined with elements of ready-made steps made of stone or concrete. The stairs can also be made of brick or concrete elements, but then they are a bit more expensive than the previous ones, because they require craft work, like for example. in the visible external stairs leading to the basement, when brick stairs are covered with a concrete cover. Concrete steps can be colored or covered with artificial stone by applying a layer of concrete mixed with stone grit (paved), then polished like this, that we get a smooth and even surface of the planes. Artificial stone stairs can be built as solid internal stairs (inter-storey). Unlike wooden stairs, they require protection of the wearing surface (upper) płaszczyzny;
