The construction of the floor underlay.
In this type of structure, each wall is built separately. It is the easiest and safest type of construction. After the foundation is laid, a wooden foundation can be placed, which will be the substrate, on which we will do the rest of the construction work. Another advantage of this type of construction is this, that it constitutes a firewall thanks to covering the space between the foundation and the inside of the walls. The internal and external details of the structure are shown in the drawings.

Construction of floor openings.
Before any sleeper joist is permanently nailed, all floor openings must be located. The correct order is as follows:
– first nail the joists A and B in the right place;
– we build in front joists C and D;
– then the back joists – nail them to the head legates C and D;
– we nail reinforcing end joists to legates A and B and legates C and D;
– fit the side joists to determine the final desired width of the opening.
